استقبل السيد عصام الغريواتي رئيس غرفة تجارة دمشق وفداً من مجلس إدارة غرفة صناعة دمشق وريفها برئاسة السيد أيمن مولوي، في زيارة ودّية قدّم خلالها الصناعيون التهاني بمناسبة توليه رئاسة الغرفة، وعبّروا عن رغبتهم في تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسستين خلال المرحلة المقبلة.

شهد اللقاء نقاشاً معمّقاً حول أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجه القطاعين الصناعي والتجاري، وجرى تبادل وجهات النظر حول آليات الحل الأنسب لتجاوز التحديات، بما يسهم في دعم عجلة الإنتاج والاقتصاد الوطني، بالتعاون والتنسيق مع الجهات الحكومية المعنية.

وأكد الغريواتي خلال اللقاء على أهمية الوقوف إلى جانب الدولة في هذه المرحلة الحساسة، مشدداً على أن ذلك يُعد واجباً وطنياً تقع مسؤوليته على عاتق جميع الفاعلين في القطاع الاقتصادي.

وتم الاتفاق على تشكيل لجنة مشتركة من الغرفتين، تكون مهمتها العمل على تذليل العقبات، وتوحيد الرؤى، وتعزيز التعاون بما يحقق المصلحة العامة للاقتصاد السوري.

وشدد الغريواتي على الترابط الوثيق بين الصناعة والتجارة، قائلاً:

"الصناعة والتجارة في مركب واحد، ومترابطان لا ينفصلان، فكل صناعي هو تاجر، وكل تاجر هو صناعي."

Mr. Issam Al-Grewati, President of the Damascus Chamber of Commerce, received a delegation from the Board of Directors of the Damascus and Rural Chamber of Industry, headed by Mr. Ayman Moulawi, in a cordial visit during which the industrialists offered their congratulations on his appointment as President of the Chamber and expressed their desire to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in the coming period.

The meeting featured an in-depth discussion on the main challenges facing the industrial and commercial sectors, with an exchange of perspectives on the most effective mechanisms to overcome these challenges in a way that supports production and the national economy, in coordination with the relevant government authorities.

During the meeting, Mr. Al-Grewati emphasized the importance of standing by the state during this sensitive phase, stressing that this is a national duty shared by all active players in the economic sector.

It was agreed to form a joint committee between the two chambers, tasked with overcoming obstacles, unifying visions, and enhancing cooperation to serve the greater interests of the Syrian economy.

Al-Grewati also stressed the deep connection between industry and commerce, stating: "Industry and commerce are in the same boat and are inseparable—every industrialist is a merchant, and every merchant is an industrialist.
